Recently I had the pleasure of working with Bystanders No More: a multinational group of volunteers who are helping people to act in support of human rights in Palestine.

The group contacted me to request UX expertise to make rapid improvements to the homepage of their new website. And by “rapid”, I mean RAPID!

With a few days (or rather, several hours!), I had made “quick win” improvements to the first impressions and usability of the website. This included an initial design prototype, building the page in WordPress, and launching the redesigned homepage.
